Taylor's Valley Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Youth Minister to lead our student ministry and partner with families as they disciple the next generation.

For 130 years, Taylor's Valley has proclaimed Christ in Central Texas. Today we are a growing, multigenerational, missions-minded church of about 450 on Sundays, and a church that feels like home. We exist to show the world the Way, the Truth, and the Life of Jesus, making followers who Gather to Worship, Grow in Community, Give for the Kingdom, and Go to the World.
We're investing in the future through a comprehensive building campaign that includes a new children's building, a new youth building, and expanded education and fellowship space. Our next Youth Minister will help shape a ministry space built for students.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Pastor, the Youth Minister will disciple students, develop volunteer leaders, build small groups, equip parents, and create safe, welcoming environments for students and their families. This is a full time position with insurance, retirement, and allowance for convention/conference expenses.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a demonstrated call to ministry and godly character. A bachelor's degree or two years of ministry experience is preferred.
